Return & Exchange Policy
Finding your perfect fit should be easy. That's why KENA offers free exchanges, making it simple to swap for the right size or style.
How exchanges work:
- Contact us at kena@kenaswim.com, via Instagram DM, or through our website chat to start your exchange.
- Once confirmed, ship your original suit back to the address we provide. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Once you send us your tracking number, we'll ship your new suit right away.
Exchange window: Within 14 days of delivery.
